The school building is Victorian but the ethos is child-centred and forward thinking. We have a Nursery within our school building and eight classes with children aged from four to seven years old.

Curricular and Social Aims:

To provide a happy and secure environment where children can approach staff freely and with confidence.

To develop the abilities of individual learners in many directions by providing experiences and situations, which challenge their interest, making them eager to express ideas.

To provide a good basic foundation for further learning.

To ensure every child's self-esteem is developed and nurtured to the full within the Christian ethos of this school.
